30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by Curovi.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue attributable to the product or our fulfillment, Curovi will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet your order expectations.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other relevant information so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is generally to return the original item in accordance with this policy and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to applicable law and any permitted exceptions.

Where this right applies, the item should generally be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
